UNNU (“we”, “our”, “us”) is owned and operated by UNNU L.L.C. S.P.C., a company incorporated in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data when you use the UNNU mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), including transactions conducted through the UNNU Store.

By accessing or using UNNU, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Profile information and biography

  • Corporate or business details (for business accounts)
  • Communications with customer support

1.2 UNNU Account & Number Information

We collect and process:

  • Your assigned UNNU Number
  • User ID and account identifiers
  • Account status and verification details

1.3 UNNU Store Transaction Data

When you buy, sell, or transfer items through the UNNU Store, we collect:

  • Items purchased, sold, or transferred
  • Transaction values and history
  • Commission amounts
  • Payment status and settlement records

Important: UNNU does not store full payment card details. Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or approved third-party payment processors.

1.4 Communication & Content Data

UNNU is a text-only platform. We may collect:

  • In-app text messages
  • Public micro-posts and text content
  • Profile-related text content

We do not collect:

  • Voice recordings
  • Video content
  • Images or media files

Messages are not used for advertising and are never sold to third parties.

1.5 Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect limited technical data, including:

  • Device type and operating system
  • App version
  • IP address (approximate location only)
  • Language and regional settings
  • App usage and interaction data
  • Crash logs and performance data

This information is used strictly for security, analytics, performance optimization, and service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to:

  • Operate and maintain the Platform
  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Assign and manage UNNU Numbers
  • Operate the UNNU Store
  • Process transactions and commissions
  • Communicate with users and provide customer support
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
  • Improve platform security and performance
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

UNNU does not sell personal data and does not use personal data for advertising or tracking purposes.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds, as applicable:

  • Your consent
  • Performance of a contract (providing the Platform and related services)
  • Legitimate interests (such as preventing fraud and improving service security and reliability)
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

  • Payment processors (e.g., Apple, Google, and approved providers)
  • Fraud prevention, security, and analytics service providers (acting as processors)
  • Corporate account owners or administrators (where applicable, for business accounts)

We do not share personal data with advertisers, marketing networks, or data brokers.

5. International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored or processed in the United Arab Emirates, the European Union, and other jurisdictions where operationally or legally required. Where international transfers occur, we apply appropriate safeguards to protect personal data in line with applicable laws.

The UNNU website may use cookies for essential functionality, performance monitoring, and analytics. The UNNU mobile app does not use third-party advertising trackers.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services (such as payment providers). Their handling of personal data is governed by their respective privacy policies. UNNU is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on the Platform and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of UNNU constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to UNNU, owned and operated by UNNU L.L.C. S.P.C., a company incorporated in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (“UNNU”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the UNNU mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”), including all buying, selling, and payment-related activities conducted exclusively through the UNNU Store.

By accessing or using UNNU, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use UNNU, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction)
  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have full authority to bind that entity.

2. UNNU Accounts & Number Ownership

2.1 UNNU Numbers

Each user is assigned one unique UNNU number (“UNNU Number”). UNNU Numbers are personal, unique, non-duplicable, and governed by UNNU’s internal numbering system.

2.2 Number Categories

  • Free Numbers
  • Premium Numbers (paid)
  • Business Numbers (corporate accounts)

UNNU retains ownership of the numbering infrastructure and system architecture.

2.3 UNNU Store (Exclusive Selling Channel)

All buying, selling, transferring, reselling, or assigning of UNNU Numbers must occur exclusively through the UNNU Store. Off-platform transactions, private sales, or external payment arrangements are strictly prohibited.

2.4 Commission

UNNU charges a commission of 20% on any item sold, resold, or transferred within the UNNU Store, including but not limited to:

  • Premium numbers
  • Resale transactions
  • Business number allocations where applicable

The commission is automatically deducted and is non-refundable.

2.5 Availability Disclaimer

UNNU does not guarantee:

  • Availability of specific numbers
  • Future valuation
  • Continued access to any number

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree NOT to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Manipulate pricing or transactions
  • Attempt to bypass UNNU systems
  • Violate UAE or international laws
  • Post harmful, illegal, or misleading content

Users are fully responsible for all actions performed through their accounts.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

UNNU complies with:

  • UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
  • GDPR (where applicable)
  • Other applicable regional regulations

Full details are provided in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5. Communication Features

  • UNNU provides secure, text-only messaging
  • Chats activate only after mutual UNNU Number exchange
  • No voice, video, or media sharing is supported

UNNU may monitor metadata for security purposes but does not read private messages.

6. UNNU Store Rules

6.1 Transactions

All transactions occur within the UNNU Store. UNNU may:

  • Supervise transactions
  • Temporarily hold funds
  • Investigate disputes or fraud
  • Reverse transactions if required by law

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users may NOT:

  • Conduct off-platform deals
  • Use automation or bots
  • Inflate or manipulate prices
  • Sell numbers they do not own

6.3 Finality of Sales

All UNNU Store transactions are final unless:

  • Required by UAE law
  • Fraud or technical error is confirmed by UNNU

7. Corporate Accounts

Corporate users must:

  • Complete business verification
  • Ensure employee compliance
  • Obtain employee consent
  • Follow UAE and international data laws

UNNU may suspend or terminate corporate accounts for misuse.

8. Payments, Fees & Transfers

  • All payments must be authorized and accurate
  • UNNU deducts a 20% commission on all UNNU Store items
  • Additional fees may be applied by third-party platforms, including Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Where applicable, fund transfers may take 7–15 working days
  • All payments are final unless legally required otherwise

9. Pricing & Rate Changes

UNNU reserves the right to:

  • Increase or decrease prices, commissions, or fees
  • Change pricing structures at any time
  • Apply changes immediately

No prior notification is required.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, software, content, and branding, belong to UNNU or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Content Standards

UNNU may remove content that: violates laws, promotes hate, fraud, or violence, or is misleading or harmful.

12. Suspension & Termination

UNNU may suspend or terminate accounts for: Policy violations, Fraud or misuse, or Security or legal risks. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

13. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. UNNU is not responsible for:

  • Number valuation changes
  • User disputes
  • Third-party failures
  • Loss of business or profits

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, UNNU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. UAE courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
